Thank you, Cathy! After a long lapse (much going on here) I am hoping to post more regularly. So glad you enjoy it!
Thank you for this ! Your comic strip made me remember not only the times I’ve done each of these things, but how I felt then too… and even a bit of how the zoo smells. I think the last is a combination of the artwork, the narration, and I guess the Rememberance of Things Past.

Hi Gene–I am re-reading your thoughtful comment. The zoo has now re-opened to small numbers of people, with advance passes, and I took advantage yesterday. It is a good time to visit because nothing is crowded. Best to the family!
