Waiting in a silence deep.<\/span><\/address>\n
Birds are hid in bush and reed<\/span><\/address>\n
Flowers are sleeping in their seed.<\/span><\/address>\n

Through the woodland to and fro<\/span><\/address>\n
Silent-footed creatures go.<\/span><\/address>\n
Hedgehog curled in prickly ball<\/span><\/address>\n
Burrows beneath the leaves that fall.<\/span><\/address>\n
Man and beast and bird and flower<\/span><\/address>\n
Waiting for the midnight hour<\/span><\/address>\n
Waiting for the infant\u2019s birth<\/span><\/address>\n
Down from Heaven, onto Earth.<\/span><\/address>\n
