Sheila, The feast of the Assumption has always been one of my favorites. As the single mother of 3 boys a feast to remember a son doing something wonderful for his mother gave me hope for my small – and then teen age – sons would grow up and do the same. My faith has been rewarded. They do many kind things for me. Assumption is beyong them, but to me what they do and have become is “wonder”ful.
